1. Check Refrigerant Pressures  
2. Clean Condenser coils
3. Check Outside Capacitor and Connections
4. Oil outdoor fan motor(an)
5. Check thermostat and system operation
6. Check compressor & outdoor fan motor performance
7. Open Air handler to start phase 2 of Maintenance
8. Check air flow and inspect return and filter system  
9. Check blower wheel condition and performance
10. Check condition of Evaporator coils
11. Check drain pan/float switch
12. Clear & flush drain line**
13. Inspect ductwork
14. Sanitize Air handler
15. Inspect visible electrical connections and wiring
16. Review with customer completed TSR and Cleaner Air Solutions
*(EPA requires refrigerant leaks to be repaired before adding refrigerant.
Leak repairs are not included in regular maintenance price.
